Bentonite
A material composed of clay minerals, predominantly montmorillonite with minor amounts of other smectite group minerals. Bentonite is a highly absorbent, viscous plastic clay which is a valuable binding, sealing, absorbing and lubricating agent in a huge variety of industries and applications. It's properties are determined mainly by the amount and type of smectite-type layer silicates, for example montmorillonite.
Bauxite
Bauxite ore is the world’s primary source of aluminum. It is a rock formed from a reddish clay material called laterite soil. Bauxite is primarily comprised of aluminum oxide compounds (alumina), silica, iron oxides and titanium dioxide.
With its high Aluminum content, it is the only ore used for commercial Aluminum production. This makes the raw material an indispensable mineral in metallurgy, but also in the refractory industry.
Laterite
Laterite is a reddish weathering product of basalt due to the presence of iron oxide. However, not all Laterites are enriched in iron and sometimes they are not even reddish. Some Lateritic rocks (Bauxite) are mined because of their high aluminum content. Iron-rich variety is mostly used as a construction stone & as a binder in cement plants because they become hard like iron when exposed to air.
Kaolin
Kaolin, also called china clay, soft white clay that is an essential ingredient in the manufacture of porcelain and is widely used in the making of paper, rubber, paint, and many other products. It is distinguished from other industrial clay's based on its fine particle size and pure coloring. It's ability to disperse in water make it an ideal pigment.
Ball Clay
Ball clays is fine grained, highly plastic sedimentary clays, which fire to a light or near white color. They are used mainly in the manufacture of ceramic whiteware and are valued for their key properties of plasticity, fired strength and their light fired color.
Ball clays exhibit highly variable compositions and consist of a mixture, primarily of kaolinite, mica and quartz, with each contributing different properties to the clay. The crystallinity of the key component, kaolinite, has a marked influence on ceramic performance.
Quartzite
Quartz and Quartzite have become indispensable in many industrial sectors. After Feldspar, Quartz is the most common mineral on earth. Quartzite, on the other hand, is considered a rock and consists of several minerals such as graphite and feldspar, but at least 98% of it is quartz.

Dolomite
Dolomite is a calcium magnesium carbonate mineral which has many characteristics similar to calcite. In places where access to limestone is not available or more costly, dolomites are used in its place for the basic materials from which most building stone and a significant percentage of crushed stone are produced.
Most rocks that are rich in dolomite were originally deposited as calcium carbonate muds that were post depositionally altered by magnesium-rich pore water to form dolomite.
Sea Salt
Sea salt is produced through evaporation of ocean water or water from saltwater lakes, usually with little processing. Depending on the water source, this leaves behind certain trace minerals and elements. These minerals add flavor and color to sea salt, which also comes in a variety of coarseness levels. Commercially available sea salts on the market today vary widely in their chemical composition. The principal component is sodium chloride. In the Industrial sector, Sea salt is usually being used in the prevention of ice formation. As a result, the value sales for Deicing Agent is higher compared to other applications. For oil bleaching, color removal and purification of any edible oil including canola, soybean, coconut, palm and sunflower oils. These clays can also be effectively used for metal removal from bio-diesel obtained via renewable, eco-friendly technologies.
Organo Clay
BENITE is a rheological additive clay for various applications. BENITE is organic clay derivative for the entire organoiphilic clay series which is used in large quantities by the paint, grease, rubber tyre and many other industries throughout the world. BENITE is an organophilic clay complex formed by the reaction of high molecular weight cationic compounds with highly purified montmorillonite as well as Hectorite.
It is specifically meant for use s gellant, thickeners and antiseffling agent for Organo-Liquid systems. Benite Clay gellants are supplied in the form of dry powder.
Gabbro
Gabbro is a coarse-grained, dark-colored, intrusive igneous rock. It is usually black or dark green in color and composed mainly of the minerals plagioclase and augite. It is the most abundant rock in the deep oceanic crust. The most common use of gabbro is as a crushed stone or aggregate. Crushed gabbro is used as a base material in construction projects, as a crushed stone for road construction, as railroad ballast, and anywhere that a durable crushed stone is needed as fill.
Attapulgite
Attapulgite clay, commonly called attapulgite after the principal mineral it contains, is a crystalline hydrated magnesius aluminum silicate with a unique structure that gives it unusual colloidal and sorptive properties. It is the principal member of a group of sorptive clays known collectively as fuller's earth.
Attapulgite has a wide variety of industrial applications. Colloidal grades are well known thickening, gelling, stabilizing and thixotropic agents in products as diverse as paints and drilling muds. Dorptive grades find use as decolorizing and clarifying agents, filter aids, animal litter, pesticides carrier, catalysts & refining aids.

Lime Stone
